Donovan Teal
Donovan is an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with extensive leadership experience across the UK business landscape. Known for his strategic insight and operational excellence, Donovan has consistently delivered strong performance in both growth-stage companies and mature organisations. His leadership reflects a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the UK’s regulatory, economic, and consumer environments.
Over the years, Donovan has spearheaded transformational initiatives that have driven sustainable growth, enhanced digital capability, and fostered resilient, future-ready organisations. His experience navigating complex market conditions—including post-Brexit uncertainty and rapid technological disruption—has positioned him as a forward-thinking leader with a commitment to innovation and responsible governance.

Richard Dean
Richard Dean is a dynamic Portfolio Delivery Lead and Strategic PMO Consultant with over 15 years of experience shaping and executing complex project portfolios across the infrastructure, utilities, transport, and digital sectors. He has worked with leading UK organisations including BT, Sellafield Ltd, Department for Transport, Ofgem, Gatwick Airport, Severn Trent Water, and ScottishPower Renewables, delivering high-value outcomes in challenging, regulated environments.
His expertise spans the design and implementation of enterprise-level PMO functions, programme assurance, and performance reporting frameworks. At Mott MacDonald, Richard played a pivotal role in enhancing delivery models for emerging markets, aligning governance processes with evolving client needs and industry best practice. He holds APM ChPP status, is MSP certified, and holds an MBA focused on Strategic Management.
Known for his calm leadership style and clear communication, Richard has a strong track record in building collaborative delivery environments, guiding teams through change, and maintaining focus on benefits realisation. His consultative approach, combined with technical rigour, makes him a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across both public and private sectors.
